They've been working for us for several years. They've come in with lower cost solutions for problems we've had other providers evaluate so they've been really good.

Alan was a referral from a friend and I am usually more comfortable with a service person I learn about via word of mouth. I called and he came around to see what I needed; he fixed the pump leak; adjusted my polaris so that it would move around better; he looked at the pool heater problem and said he'd have to get back to me. In the mean time, the pump started leaking again, so I called him back, left a message and I never heard back from him. I called back two more times and left messages but he never returned the calls. I have since found another company to repair my pump leak.

Alan the Pool Guy is a very convenient and trustworthy pool cleaner. He cleaned it well and applied the right about of chemicals. They were very polite and professional. I plan to use them in the future.
