Agape is a certified technition by/for the manufactuer and as such keeps the warrenty intact while annually servicing this unit. .
This is our 5th use of Agape Plumbing, a family owned and operated business. We could not be more pleased with thier service.
The "emergency" part of the job was due to our water heater going out. When Jonathan came to assess the water heater, he also noticed that we had a natural gas leak on the side of our home. While we were getting that repaired, Jonathan was gathering his materials and preparing to install a new water heater in place of the one we had. He did so in a couple of hours and my home was operational again.
The "upgrade" phase of the job was that he added another water heater to our home. When we bought the home, we did not know that the water heater we had was insufficient and would not meet the needs of our growing family. So, upon hearing a few recommendations from Jonathan, we decided to add another water heater to our home that would be sufficient for our home. Jonathan and his son did a full installation job, including a new pan with pan line, a new T&P line, and venting.
This is an extremely professional company and I am thankful for their dedication to their profession.
