3L Concrete & Construction

From the very first 3L Conrete & Construction did all of the right things. From requesting the bid, they showed up on time, with knowledge of their business, listened to what I wanted, was not shy about respectfully telling me what was unrealistic or would add cost to the project, they also had suggestions and solutions to offer, most of which I happily listened to. The project was scheduled, the evening before the project start date the owner called me and said he would like to drop off supplies that evening so his crew could hit the ground running in the morning. At 6:00AM the next morning the owner and crew were here starting to work. They continued to bust out the old concrete, remove it from site, level the area to be poured, framed it and the next morning at 6:00AM were back to pace the steel. Before noon the concrete truck arrived, specific instruction was given to the driver about placing the truck and the crew went to work with determination and skill. The patio concrete pour was completed, every thing was cleaned up, instructions were left for us as to what was expected of us, don't walk on it until a spcific time that evening, and water it down the next couple of days to help the concrete cure in the hot Texas sun.
