At first, it was great. Shortly after completion, a very wide crack went the entire heiight. He sent someone to add more limestone over it. I have hundreds of progress pics. I now know he took a short cut. He used no black backing nor ANY wire mesh, on one end and nothing at very top. Used hardi backer attached to metal, then sprayed limestone over it. I have email & text with him stating LIFETIME warranty. There is so much damage, and he finally made the effort After 5 months of requesting he come by. Refuses to honor his work, or his word. He has RUINED this house. We have no choice but to proceed legally. Im absolutely heartbroken, because this is the ONLY thing I got, that I asked for. Much more to this story, but bottom line,...HE RUINED OUR HOME NOTE: My phone is not opening my picture gallery. Using phone to take pics from computer
