 + -1 moreI was out of town recently and needed to order flowers for the sudden death of a dear friend's father in Texas. I ordered the flowers through a local florist in the town I was in and received confirmation. The following Monday, the florist I ordered from called and said that Angel's Touch had called them and said that the order did not go through due to a glitch. Apparently there was a floral convention in Texas and they had closed but had not turned off their wire service. Needless to say this was very upsetting and embarrassing that there was no acknowledgement from us at the funeral home or service. I did, however, receive a credit for the order on my credit card.
