 + -1 moreThe last visit was in May (annual check up). He filled the unit with 12 units of Freon. I was slightly taken back by the price (increase). I asked for a detailed bill and an explanation for the increase amount of Freon. Another contractor told me I could have a leak. I spoke with Asbury Inc. He never confirmed that I had a leak, but he did say the problem may get worse. Since then I haven't been able to get him back on the phone to let me know if I have a leak that needs to be addressed or if there is something else going on with the unit.
Description of Work: My husband and I have used him for 8 years to service the A/C unit in our rental property in Texas.
