After repairs were completed on the rafters and the decking and shingles were placed I have had a very difficult time getting the roofer to return to fix issues brought to Thomas Nash's attention to which he agreed to have the roofer return and fix. I first spoke to Thomas and he was having family issues which I understood and a date was given by him on when the repairs would be done. When the date came and went, I tried contacting him by calling him and texting him with no success. I tried again and again but he refuses to call me back or answer my text messages. I've paid for the work and I suppose my biggest mistake was choosing to use his services again. This was the second time I chose to use Thomas for work on my home and forgot just how long it took him to finish work on the first project. I liked the work he performed on my restroom remodel and kitchen but he took his sweet time on completing things in a timely manner. I feel he is unprofessional in refusing to finish what he agreed was in need of fixing by the roofer but to everyone who chooses to use his services and want to know ahead of time how he does business, just know i would not recommend him!

After that radio silence.  I tried to contact him on more than one occasion to get a formal estimate but there was never any movement or response.
