Well, I like the guy who comes here. He is very good. He knows our pool, He knows the equipment. He's steady. He's a nice guy. He provides quick customer service. I am not enthused with the company personally, but I like the guy who comes and does the cleaning. He's honest, and he works hard. My business goes with them. That's my attitude. The service is excellent. My wife likes them because when I'm travelling and there is an equipment failure. She calls them and they have return call.. I like the guy who does the work. The cleaning is very good because of the guy.

Everything went well. The store called to say they were on the way. The repair man called to say he had arrived and replaced the seal on pump.

I have had a pool since 2006 and have used Pool Pro exclusively to fix various issues as they arise. Everything from fixing my water heater, replacing my motherboard and replacing my chlorine generator. I've also had them out to fix leaks in the system.
They are always prompt and professional. I trust what they tell me and do not feel gouged by their pricing. I have priced replacement parts on the internet and Pool Pro prices their parts a bit higher than the low-end of the internet prices. Their labor costs are reasonable for the area.
Most important to me is not really the cost of fixing a problem (otherwise, I wouldn't own a pool)... its that the problem is FIXED. I've never had to call them back out to revisit their repairs.
Like I said... I use them exclusively and will continue to do so into the future.
