I have been waiting for approximately 2 weeks for the ordered appraisal to be executed, there has been zero response or feedback from either the appraiser or from NPA. This is holding up the transaction to be closed on. We cannot get a hold of anybody, the number given simply goes to a voice mail, we also emailed at the given email but there is no response. As of right now, I would definitely NOT recommend this service to anyone. Maybe I can reach NPA through here, and they can call me if they see this post. Signed, a very disappointed potential home buyer.
