pool cleaners
 + -1 moreIn the beginning it was great, very service oriented, as time went by the owner had to have surgery and his brother took over the business. We attempted to talk with the brother and he was not responsive. We finally after a constant itch after swimming convinced them to perform a real analysis all areas were in the unhealthy regions of the tests. We drained, cleaned and refilled the pool, when they came by today they were told that they would not be servicing our pool again, do not touch anything I need to get your final check. When I came out to give the check, he was in the process of fouling the water with about 5 times the normal amount of chlorine shock.
Description of Work: They were supposed to keep our pool clean and trouble free by performing weekly maintenance.
