This is the second time we have bought a mattress in the last 2 years (different beds). First experience was great, second was even better. No high pressure sale. As a matter of fact Amy said, "go, do diligence, I will match any price." Amy was kind, patient, and did an amazing job educating us on why and how mattresses are made. After this we went to Mattress Firm, don't get me wrong they were nice and helpful as well but I knew I had to go back to Mattress Overstock. Mattress Overstock is locally owned and they have a great rating with BBB. I am partial to locally owned businesses. I feel I bought what I needed at a great price. I would send anyone I know to Mattress Overstock without any concern.
