Lowe's Of Missouri City

I love Lowe's. I was extremely pleased. I thought they just did a marvelous job. I am enjoying this little storage unit. I cleaned out some of my garage things and put them in there. They sent a guy out to assemble it and he did a wonderful job. He was very efficient. I sat here, looked through my living room window and watched him. He just impressed me by his efficiency. When he picked up the shingles and threw them across his shoulder, it was exactly the way he put them down on the roof. Just little things like that, he was very good about. He went over the building when he finished and told me what needed to be caulked, what needed to painted and all that sort of thing. I had a personal friend who came out and painted and caulked it. He was just very nice. I think it was fair.

The experience was excellent. When we recently went in for the LED lights and there were just a few on the shelf so they went to storage to get more for us. When that was still not enough they placed an order for us. They were super friendly and super accommodating. We have a tax ID for the center and for some reason Lowe's could not find it in their system. They were getting ready to close and then another person tried and tried to locate it and they finally found it. They persisted and were friendly the whole time. The lights were also on sale. They did get the lights to us as soon as possible which we did appreciate. The appliances, the refrigerator and the dishwasher,  are working perfectly as well. The installers also offered tips on how to best use the appliances. We will use them again for sure.

When the installation crew came out they brought the wrong size. He explained he would need to go back to Lowes to have them replace it with the correct size. He also told me that the water heater was going to need a drip pan and that it would be an additional $170 dollars for that to be installed. I told them that Lowes said that this was included and that we shouldn't have to pay extra. I contacted Lowes and spoke with Jessica, who told me that they did not include the drip pan on the contract,. I called the corporate headquartes and they were not much help either. We also used them in the past to install blinds. When the installer came out we were informed by the serviceman that Lowes had placed the wrong order and that it would be additional money for the installation. After everything was installed we also noticed some issues with the blinds not being installed properly. We still have not gotten this resolved.

It was the first time I used them and they did an okay job.  They came back, I had to get on them because when they put caulking in it was raining hard so they were supposed to come back the next week. They didn't come back the next week and I had to really, really get on them and I called the manager.  They finally came back and took care of the issues, but I didn't appreciate having to call them to do it.  It was expensive, but I knew for the good quality door that I got it would be.  Initialy they were on time to install the door but they brought the wrong door so they had to go back and order my door.
