Badly understaffed at management level. Poor responsiveness. High prices, but quality of service, when finally done was excellent! Just too much grief to work with.
Description of Work: Removed old plants and put in new ones according to a plan submitted by them

They are really good but they are not cheap. I paid for the quality and the effort they put in. I probably spent $1500 on my landscaping but it’s premier landscaping. It depends on who is looking for what. It’s not a cheap and quick landscaping company but they are good. I would probably continue to use their services in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of JSB & Associates Inc. They did my frontyard and backyard. They put in all new plants, all new beds, have come over and maintained them. They finished in July of last year and they have been back to maintain it over the past year. It costed about $15000.

This is a great company. They are not the cheapest, but they spend a lot of time designing the landscape approach and selecting the plants you want. I asked for recommendations for best plants for my climate and soil conditions. They also created some rock and water features. Follow up has been wonderful as they stop by frequently to check on planrts and adjust watering system.
Description of Work: Complete landscape re do of both front and back yard as well as modification of irrigation and drainage systems. Created new beds, selected and planted flowers, shrubs and trees.

They did a great job, and we'd change nothing about they way in which they did the work. The price could always be lower but we feel we got our money's worth. The gentlemen who came out were very accommodating and did a fantastic job. The quality of the work is excellent. I didn't know our yard could look so nice. We spend a lot of time there now.
Description of Work: Our new pool required landscaping around it, which JSB workers performed. A crew installed trees, shrubs, flowers beds, rocks as well as a sprinkling system in two days. They also mulched as needed.
