Hardwood Flooring Service
WE WENT TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. WHEN I PURCHASED THE FLOORING AND ARRANGED FOR INSTALLATION I MADE IT CLEAR TO THEM THAT I HAD A TIME FRAME THAT I HAD TO WORK IN. THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS A TWO DAY JOB. I ALSO MADE IT CLEAR THAT I EXPECTED TO GET SOMEONE WHO WAS GOOD AT WOOD FLOOR INSTALLATION. WELL, THEY SENT ONE OLD MAN, AND IT TOOK HIM MORE THAN ONE DAY TO DO THE PREP WORK. THEN, HE ALONE BEGAN THE INSTALLATION, WHICH TOOK HIM THE REST OF THE WEEK. THEN, WE FOUND MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE TRIM WORK, AND A PIECE OF THE FLOORING THAT WAS SPLIT. I HAD TO GET PRETTY UGLY WITH THEM TO GET SOMEONE TO REPAIR THE MESS. THEN, THE GUY THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY COCKY AND OBNOXIOUS. AT LEAST THEY MADE IT RIGHT, BUT WHAT A HASSLE!!
