We have used Firestone for over 20 years. The owners are considerate and conscientious. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and have always gotten a good report back from any referral.

We are quite comfortable with their service. We get a post card letting us know their coming and they come and in get the work done promptly. They are a very satisfactory company to work with. Their work is effective because we are almost bug free!

My parents have been using Scott for more than twenty years. When I needed an exterminator for my new house I called him first thing. He arrived early and did his work thoroughly. He was also so nice - letting us know little things that he felt we should repair/fix around the house that would benefit us by keeping bugs out (i.e. caulking, covering pipes and vents with insect mesh...)

I have been using him ever since I bought my house. He was recommended to me. I have a cat and I wanted to make sure that the pest control company wouldn’t use harmful products. Scott is very personable and very thorough. The last time he did work for me, it was a major job. I had tree roaches. So, he sprayed the outside of the house. I’ll continue using his services in the future.
