The people was very nice but it was too expensive. I feel like they charge me way too much for what I need it. Also, it was a issue with the money. They do not take credit cards, they want it cash. And the main issue that I needed on the other side of the house. They had the most trees they were just trimmed back. So the trees are still hovering over my house anyway lesson learned

Everything was perfect except that the stump was not ground. It was mentioned during the walkthrough but not entered on the quote. We requested that they finish by noon so it might have been too rushed.

I would have rated the company higher, but I had an couple issues with them. The biggest issue was there wasnâ t anyone present who could speak English, so we had trouble communicating. Second, the crew didnâ t do a good job with cleaning up, and they broke numerous items in my yard and didnâ t even tell me. Iâ m left with a pile of broken trash and a yard full of limbs to clean up, but my trees look much better.
