"The only elevated conversation was when you felt compelled to scream at the office admin regarding the scope of work. Your message for request for services specifically states "All that I need professionally installed is the gas components. I can install the grate, logs, rocks, sand, and burning embers." We were on video call and heard the demeaning behavior towards the technician and office admin. Based on this behavior, we made a decision to remove the technician from the property as their is no need to work under such distress. You were not shamed for the angry elevated behavior, it just was unnecessary and will not be tolerated. The interpretation of the events are embellished and we wish you the best. Your $125 deposit has been refunded."
"Please note: this individual filed a formal complaint with the Texas State Plumbing Board and no violations were found and the complaint was closed. We had proof the job was completed to code and passed City inspection."
"In the construction industry, it is common to pay a deposit for work to be performed. Our technician was there to perform a leak detection service to determine what repair would be needed, due to a leak between the 1st and 2nd floor. The additional cost for the AC condensate drain cleaning was additional work that was needed at your property, which was performed with your approval. The problem with the cast iron pipe between the 2 floors was found to be the issue, which could not be performed the same day. An estimate for this repair was provided for your review and/or approval. Upon receipt of the approval, a technician was dispatched for the repair. The day of the repair Oct 9th, the technician was sick and he informed our office and you of his condition. This was extremely unfortunate however, another crew did arrive a couple hours later (the same day) and repaired the cast iron pipe and also cleaned a clogged bathroom sink drain for free. The 2nd crew was at the home well after 9 pm to ensure the repair was complete and no further issues were at the property. We apologize that you did not have a good experience, please feel free to speak with our management team to discuss in further detail."
