Crew was very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. We were extremely pleased. There was an issue with the flooring that was the fault of the flooring manufacturer. Our contractor went to bat for us and got it all resolved and fixed. I would highly recommend this company and use them again for future projects. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I had the best experience with Ace Tile. It started right from the beginning. He showed up when he said he was going to for the bid. Eddie has the best tile people to lay the tile. They did a excellent job. They came on time and put in a full days work each day they came . So nice honest and so willing to please me. They cleaned up after themselves. On time on budget workmanship perfect

Great! Even after the job was completed and I saw an issue Eddie took care of it immediately. I am going to hire him to refinish my wood floors in the future. Work was done quickly and well done. I love my new master bath! They even built a shower bench for me! All the tiles match up perfectly, too. It's contractors like them that restore my faith in that business.

Very good end product

Ace Tile was fantastic. Their work is excellent. Eddie was able to get bull nose tile ends for us that were not available in the tile stores. George did a meticulous cleanup when the job was done.

Service went quite well, very responsible employees, very careful to leave everything clean in the end of each day.

Very well, although the work was delayed a bit due to the owner's personal commitments this time.  This delay was not a problem for us since the work involved was basically cosmetic in nature, not structural.

This is my third time using Ace Tile.  In the past Ace Tile refinished a shower and backsplash installing a new tub, backsplash in my kitchen and now tiling my bedroom.  
On Memorial Day weekend we came home to water in our bedroom from the 10 inch once in a lifetime rain.  We had new Berber installed the year previously but our backyard needed drainage improvements also our older pool does not have an automatic overflow and the existing drainage cannot handle the volume of water causing the water buildup to come into our sliding glass doors.  Eddie gave us the option of putting down the carpet once dry with new padding which would have been the cheapest and then in a year or two if it happened again replace or the other option installing the tile now.  We chose the more expensive option for our master bedroom the most expensive part was my wood looking tile which cost the most and had been used in my bathroom and then would continue out into the bedroom.  The crew were able to match the new tile with old and we did a great matching the existing grout. Love the new tile so easy to vacuum under the bed and love the clean feel on the feet.  We have also now improved backyard drainage and if we end up with water again we will leave a mop by the sliding door...but I think we have solved our problem.  Love the fact that Eddie continues to check on the work.
Would use Ace tile or Eddie's recommendations for other vendors all the time.  Eddie is a wealth of knowledge and great crew.

Eddie's was one of several bids we got for this tile job, and we chose him because he had the most comprehensive plan for waterproofing our total renovation master bath.  He continued to add value with ideas throughout the scope of the project.
The crew was responsive and punctual.  As with any job, questions arose, and all of them were worked out to our satisfaction.  
We would hire Eddie again.

Before we met Eddie:

Our previous contractor did a very bad job on our bathroom remodeling project.  The damages were beyond repair.  We fired him and started interviewing new contractors.
After meeting Eddie:
There were a couple good candidates who are knowledgeable and professional.  Eddie was one of them.  He gave us a very comfortable feeling.  We felt he might be a trustworthy person.  So, we went with our instinct and chose Ace Tile to redo our project.  Throughout the whole project, Eddie came and inspected the progress and work quality every day.  He is always very friendly and patient with all the questions that we had.  His crew is friendly and experienced.  They taped paper to our floors for protection.  They cleaned up after each day.  The team leader, Milo, came and checked on our project daily.  Milo gave us blue tape to mark anything we want to fix by the end of last day.  The next morning, Eddie did a thorough final work through.  He pointed out some of the minor things that we missed.  The same afternoon Milo came back and fixed them all. 
Redo the whole bathroom project was very h****** us physically, mentally and financially.  Eddie and his wonderful crew made this experience as easy as it could be.  We really appreciate Eddie and his crew.  We are very pleased with their work.  Our bathroom looks very beautiful now.  We showed our friends pictures.  Everyone loves it.  We wish we had met Eddie earlier.  We don?t want anyone go through the horrible experience that we had with the previous contractor.  We would recommend Ace Tile to anyone.
p/s: We saw a leak in another side of the house, unfortunately.   Eddie is trying to help us on finding where the leak is.  His approach is to try the less invasive way to exclude the possibility first.  If we had to open walls or ceiling, then we
do it.  He treated our house like his own and asked us not to do anything if it?s not necessary.  We highly appreciate that!

This is the 2nd time that I have used Ace Tile and both times the work performed has been outstanding.  Eddie Allum is the owner of Ace Tile and priced the backsplash makeover and ordered the product once I had decided on the tile.  The quote included tearing out the old backsplash, any repairs, purchase of the new tiles, caulk, and hauling away the debris.  Eddie kept checking on the progress daily and the finished product looked amazing!  Would definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job.  The tear out and clean up from the tear out was very fast and they hauled away all of the old materials.  The installation was completed as promised and the floors looked beautiful.
What struck me as a home owner, trying to hire for a trade, is the attention to detail and the perfection in the finished product.  I felt as if we truly mattered as a customer. 
The installers were great.  They were very nice, clean in our home and kept the work space, our property,cleaned up as they went. 

Ace Tile did an excellent job on my bathroom.  The bid received laid out clearly the itemized cost for everything and what we would provide.  We picked out the tile and paid for that separately, along with the tub (ordered a linen color off Amazon), tub fixtures along with the valve.  Eddie checked on the progress daily, tub taken out and hauled away without tearing up the tile on floor, raised the tub with concrete before installing the new, tore out old tile, the workers he used were awesome and did a good cleanup daily before leaving.  
I recently used another company in Stafford to replace my other bathroom and my invoice was not itemized and the service has been disappointing after paying so much, with promises to call you back and not returned.
I definitely recommend Ace Tile.  The overall cost for the work and what we provided came to around 3200.00.
