They were okay but not at all what I expected , they told me they had all the equipment needed including scaffolding to get to the top of the tree, but when they came it was just a man and his two younger children (teenagers) so I was a little worried for them, with only a pole saw and ladder, their price was okay although they charged me a little more to cut a branch that I thought should have been included in the price, also they did not cut the bigger branches close enough to the tree which makes it look unsightly so I will have to do that myself ugh! But they cleaned up the brush fairly well and were respectful.
