I've had no problems with their services, and he is more than accommodating. The only situation is that he is fairly limited in his availability. When he was unavailable, he did provide the name of another plumber who would be able to assist us.

He is very good and responsive. Sometimes, he is a little hard to get ahold of on the phone, but he is always sure to call you back. His prices are reasonable.
