After 4 years with this unit that was installed . I have had 6 coils 2 compressors 2 dryers 3 capacitors. I was sold a junk Goodman 4 ton unit. Watch what they sell you because you will spend thousands of dollars just trying to up keep your ac. I still have 6 years of warranty and will probably go buy a complete system elsewhere. I have paid for 2 complete systems with the money I have spent repairing this junk unit I was sold by Global.

Our unit stopped cooling the house so I called the abovementioned air conditioning company to come check the unit and told us that it probably needed to be replaced. It was 11 yrs. old and used a type of refrigerant that is now banned by the EPA. He had a small amount of the refigerant and said that it might work for a while longer if he recharged the unit, thus giving us a little more time to save up for the "new" ac unit. He recharged the unit and all is fine for the time being. A "new" unit is in the near future for us.

He replaced the condensing unit on our old air conditioner. He put in a 3/4 horse power motor in when it should have been a 1/4 horse power motor. A few months after he replaced it, my air conditioner had issues. My bill also shot up. I asked them to come back out and he said that I would have to sign a disclaimer saying that they were not responsible. I had to have a different ac company come out to work on the duct system. I would not use or deal with  Global again. They have the Lennox logo on their website, but I called Lennox and they said Global is not an authorized dealer.

"We have serviced the member’s A/C on several occasions; our first service call was on 03/28/11. We diagnosed his old (over 16 years) outside condenser unit with a bad condenser motor. We replaced his condenser motor with a 4 in 1 replacement motor and new capacitor. Because of the age and deteriorating conditions of his A/C equipment we highly recommended he replace his complete system. We were then told to just replace fan motor. On 05/31/11, we were called to service the member's A/C again. This time, we found that his old Air - Handler blower motor had a bad capacitor and we replaced it. We also informed him and the other person living at the residence, that they should replace his old Air- handler, due to a weak air flow and possible duct issues. A complete system change out was quoted to them at that time. On 08/08/11, we were called to service his equipment once more. We found the top of his old condenser unit, the metal had weakened, broken off (due to rust and old age) and the fan motor damaged his condenser evaporator coil. Again we tried to explain to him the condition of his old equipment and he opted out to replace his complete system and asked us to just replace his condensor only. One month later, the member emailed me about his energy bill being the same as before and I explained to him that if he would have changed out both systems (Air- Handler and condenser, (which are engineered and manufactured to work together) he would have seen a drop in his energy consumption. He then asked me to go perform a service call to see why his energy bills were not lower. I explained to him that we would be happy to stop by his residence to inspect our work which is under warranty but if we found something other than what we did causing his high electric bill we would have to charge a service call fee, the member declined. I have since spoken to the member and have expressed our concerns to further assist him with his mixed matched units in the future. We are a Lennox Dealer and service, repair and replace Lennox equipment."

Emailed owner Roland Perez at 7:00 p.m. regarding my central a/c quitting.  He immediately replied and said he would have a workman out the next morning by 9:00 a.m. and that the workman would call prior to arrival.  I received the call from the Service Manager, Rolando Ramirez, at about 8:45 a.m. the next morning saying he was on his way.  He arrived prior to 9:00 a.m. and was extremely professional from start to finish.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything in working order by 10:30 a.m.

I couldn't be more pleased with every phase of this process.  The owner, Mr. Perez, even dropped by my home to introduce himself.  I will definitely use this company again.

Excellant next day service. Very professional crew with a neat installation. The office staff was great to deal with. The crew showed up as scheduled and stayed until the job was done. They accepted the Angie's list coupon. They told me that the unit came with a 10 year parts and labor guarantee, but what I did not know until the paper work arrived, was the guarantee is valid only if I have an annual $69.00 inspection.

Global A/C and Heating was quick to come out and service my unit which was not operational. They diagnosed my 11 year old unit and showed me the burned compressor. Mr. Perez showed me the brochures of the new equipment available for replacement. He also explained the benefits of changing out my old system with a new 10 year warranted A/C system and informed me of all the rebates and discounts I qualified for if I changed out the system. I decided to replace my system A/C. Global A/C technician Eddie was our primary technician at my residence. Eddie was very courteous, professional and efficient during the installation. It has been a very pleasurable experience and also note worthy that they came out to Service and replace my system during the peak of the holidays and a day before New Years Eve. Exemplary A/C Company and team.

The owner and installers were very friendly, professional, worked hard and completed my installation as they promised , "in one day". They showed up to work on time and finished ahead of schedule. Thats what I like from a service company. These guys are quick to the point, knew what they were doing, not going around in circles and completed the installation ahead of time.

Our A/C went out and we called this company based on their feedback on angieslist.com. I spoke to the owner, Roland Perez, and he was very professional and told me he would be at the residence within an hour and twenty minutes. Mr. Perez arrived on time and started to work immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and had found the problem within 10 minutes. Mr. Perez repaired the system and inspected our A/C thoroughly before leaving. The entire time he was here he explained everything he was doing and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of our unit and on how to save on energy costs. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge, experience, and customer service. I would definitely recommend his company and will continue to do business with him in the future.

They installed a complete system for me and did a very proffesional job. They arrived on time and promptly began their work. The technicians were very polite and even took the precaution of not to trec any dirt in the house. After finishing the work, they cleaned everything thoroughly and removed the old equipment. Salesman pushed pretty hard. Made me believe I would get a $1400.00 rebate. I did everything I had to do - but did not get rebate. They said the state ran out of money. He said he would try again, but never got back to me!Update: I paid complete amount of $4628.66 in two checks, and was instructed to call 877-780-3039 on April 7th for $1400 rebate. I tried many times, all day long. Always busy. It was cut off at 3 pm. Talked to Jessica and Roland, no satisfaction.

"We sold and professionally installed a 2.5 ton package unit for this customer. At the time the unit was installed, the customer was eligible to register for a Texas State Rebate. The customer was not able to register in time for the rebate and the state ran out of money for the program. We have nothing to do with the state rebate program and it was up to the customer to call in and register in time with the state program for their rebate. Roland Perez-Owner"
