Window Treatment Service
Came to my home to measure windows and set price. Delivery to be in four weeks. Did not happen. After several calls were ready to install second week in July. They took for granted all windows in both bedrooms were the same size when they were not. Had to take two sets back to cut to fit. Returned to install and found one had a staple in it which they said they would come back to repair the next day.They never returned even though I called several times and would not return my calls.They were also to return a can of paint which I had lent them to match the paint for the shutters and they did not return that either. I actually went over this week to pick it up myself. They had to search for it, found it, gave it to me and did not apologize for any inconvenience on my part or any shortcomings on their behalf.
