He never returned my call.

Alec repaired ceiling drywall and noticed that some other pieces were sagging in the garage at my mother-in-law's home. Upon inspection he also repaired missing ceiling braces and screwed sagging drywall up so it would not fall like the missing piece did. He then taped, floated and sprayed the drywall. Also repaired a piece of house trim a woodpecker had ruined. All in all, we were extremely pleased with Alec's work and plan on having him do work at our own home also.

Not very well, as I wrote above, I called Mr. Ybarra to come by to look at the work I needed done. He promised to come by on the following Friday a few days after I called him but never showed up. I will not be calling on him anymore.

He gave me a quote and I never heard from him again. I would call and leave messages, however he wouldn't call me back.

I called Alex Ybarra and left him a message, since he hadn't answered. Three days later he called me back I asked if he could call tomorrow to arrange a meeting for him to check the project out, he didn't call back and when I did call he didn't answer..all in all it was just a pointless run around.

He did a good job. For the patio he put up a nice wall with a window and door so it looked like part of the house. I was very happy.

I got an estimate from someone else for $4000 and he did it for right at $1000.
