He does not charge for the whole bedroom when it is all covered up with furniture. You are not paying for the whole room then it tends to be a little high. I am looking at the traffic line. You walk around the bed and that is what I need to get done. He measures the area that you want done and just at that per sq ft. He was very clean and again you would not know that he was there after his work. He leaves some cardboard or something underneath and makes sure and leaves no rings as the carpet is drying. Another thing the carpet dries very quickly and there is no saturation or anything. That was good. There is no problem with him. We had few spots and he was diligent to get those out and my carpet looks brand new when he left. I had no mystery spots come back. The cleaning holds good. He does a good job. I will call back again. .
