A.C.R.T. Air Conditioning Resources of Texas

Have since moved, and do not remember the exact month in 2013, but as I recall, the experience was good.

After trying to find a good air conditioning company, and finding only rude, arrogant people who acted as if they were doing me a huge favor just by answering my phone call, I joined Angie's List. ACRT Air Conditioning was the very first company I called on Angie's list. What a difference.
The owner of the company kept our appointment, was prompt, courteous and professional. Our first meeting, he gave me a bid that was significantly more thorough than the others I'd received and more competitive. Jose took the time to explain each aspect of the bid and made sure that any questions I had were answered completely. He did not rush me, nor did he pressure me.
I felt completely comfortable that I was dealing with a trustworthy competent person and company. His bid and his work were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Overall was a great experience. Came out on a hot Sunday afternoon to get us back up and running.

We care for many animals some of which are temperature sensitive. We noticed around 6:30pm that the air from the AC wasn't as cool as it should be. We called, maybe 5-6 places here in town to see if anyone was available to come check it out. But being a holiday weekend and after hours we were thinking we may have to literally sweat the first 100°+ weekend until Tuesday and the sensitive animals would have to be relocated to Fort Worth. Then we called ACRT. Not only did a real person answer, they were happy to inform us that they'd had someone on call all day and that if we liked he could give a call in just a few minutes. We might have waited 5, if that. We explained the situation and the problem and he said he'd be here in half an hour. Jose, showed up in about half that time. As for the work, he was very professional, thorough and took his time explaining everything in detail and answered any and all questions thrown at him. He also didn't try to sell us anything we don't really need yet, including coolant! As for the cleanup, Jose hosed down the entire yard (cemented area) where he'd been working. We are so pleased with ACRT's customer service, availability, response time, professionalism, patience (with the questions), work ethic, and price that they are now carved in stone as our AC people. And we plan to have them come back to check the rest of the system very soon.
