Foundation Repair
We had to find a new foundation company to repair our home. We chose Bedrock Foundation and they did an "ok" job - we called them back to do some adjustments 2 months later and eventually chose an entirely different company to get our house level after 6 months from Bedrock. Bedrock will have a review by us also - no I would not recommend them, no I would not chose them again.

Foundation Repair
One wing of our house seemed to be lower than the other, so we called Mr. Noble. He was extremely nice and prompt and reasonable. We chose the more expensive, better fix of placing concrete piers beneath the foundation as oppossed to mud jacking. He was kind and took extra measures to help us. Unfortunalely, 2 or 3 years later, cracks appeared inside around the doors, ceiling, and walls. None had been there before. When I called him back, he didn't seem to know what to do. He had done his best. He didn't offer to come out or refund anything. I believe our problem was just too complex for him. Later I called Osham out of Dallas. The technician sent said the wing hadn't fallen, but the center had raised, probably a water leak. He told me to call a leak detection plumber. Turned out he was right. Not a leak, but animals had dug out under the porch which was holding water. Many cracks later, found out the chimney was tilting due to inadequate foundation underneath. Just spent $550 on an engineer to survey all and draw a plan to fix it. Also he gave me tips on finding a good foundation man who could impliment plan. Call a good engineer first! Foundation problems are complicated! Also, for a fee the engineer will check on the work to be sure plan is followed. Otherwise you may be wasting money.

Foundation Repair
Work was completed 4 years ago and now, the southeast corner of the house is crumbling. The walls on the inside are cracking, the bricks on the outside are crumbling and the roof is even beginning to separate. I cannot get a hold of this company to come and honor their warranty. Their numbers are disconnected and I can't find them on the internet.
