After the devastating weather events of the past two years, it was imperative we get our roof replace. I called Done Right Roofing after seeing one of their signs in a yard. I know most people would be skeptical about using someone from a sign in a yard, but it was the BEST decision we could have made for our home. Bill gave us a very fair estimate for our roof and even spoke about upgrades if we so desired, but we never felt pressured to do more than what our budget would allow. During the entire roof repair process, the workers made sure to keep our yard clear of debris and those pesky nails which can puncture your car tires. They worked quickly and efficiently, and while I was working from home that day, I was not bothered at all beyond some light hammering. After the project was completed, Bill and his team worked with us and our insurance provider to get the project covered. He kept in constant contact with us during every step of the way. Even when we were worried about the time frame, Bill was calm and assured us, he was on the job. So if you are needing your roof repaired, DO NOT HESITATE to call Done Right Roofing. After i contacted Done Right, they immediately returned my call and discussed the specifics of the leak.  While our leak wasn't major, and i had it patched, i wanted it fixed completely (especially due to the large amount of rain we've had this year).  Bill Silvey came out to our house, inspected the leak.  He was very honest, and said he thought it would dry out and probably be ok, so a more permanent fix (instead of the patch, which he said was very good), would be up to us.  Since the leak is over the bedroom of our youngest daughter, i wanted to get it fixed correctly to avoid more issues in the future.  He gave me an estimate and came out a couple of weeks later (luckily before the next rain event!).  They fixed it very timely.  They had a profesionall crew and did a great job.  We haven't had any issues in that room since, even with record rainfall this year.

Very professional! Done Right used very high quality materials in replacing our roof. After every day of work they would clean up all of the trash from around our house and in the yard. They cover shrubs and plants to protect them along with covering pur swimming pool. At the end of every day they used a large magnet to pick up any nails that may have been dropped. Very satisfied with quality of their work. If you want quality, we would highly recommend using Done Right Roofing

The roofing company's representative (Bill Silvey) came when he said he would and was very professional in his service and review of our roof which at this time does not need to be replaced but because of the previous installer we are seriously considering replacing it due to being done so poorly by the previous roofer. Mr. Silvey gave us a fair estimate and we will definitely use him when we replace the roof.

I contacted this service provider regarding a section of my roof that was leaking.  I was calling to have someone come out to take a look at the section and give me an estimate of what would be required.  The woman I spoke to asked me 3 times if this was an insurance claim.  I told her each time that it was not, but she proceeded to ask me questions about my insurance carrier and such.  After providing all the information she required, she said someone would be contacting me shortly.  I then called back to let them know that I would also need an estimate for my chimney siding as I had some wood that was rotting.  No one has called me to this day.
The impression I'm left with is that they are not all that interested unless it's an insurance claim, or unless we are talking about the whole roof.

It went fine. They showed up when they said they would. It was a no cost estimate. It was a run of the mill estimate and everything went smooth. He was on time. I would use them again.

It is so wonderful not having a leaking roof when it actually rains here. They are very patient and their crew was very good. I was quite pleased.
