Representative was professional and prompt and spent considerable time on roof. Received call several days later that entire roof needed replacement and that we should contact insurance adjuster. Insurance adjuster said roof did not need replacement and referred us to another roofing company who made needed repairs for $450.00.

Had a few stumbling blocks due to communication issues with initial site manager. However, Kevin Swain at Rooftime Contractors worked hard to fill in the gaps and ensured that we were happy with our end product. I would go through the experience all over again to receive the quality end product we received- especially the commercial roofing end result on our 2nd floor outdoor patio.

They were horrible to work with. They did a terrible job of cleaning up after the work even leaving a huge mess in my attic. Once they were finished there were still a lot of leaks. The only upside is that it was very affordable. They were able to talk my insurance company into covering the work, but in the end I got what I paid for.
Response from ROOF TIME CONTRACTORS

"Roof Time prides itself on customer satisfaction and hate to hear that this client is unhappy. We had received a referral letter from her six weeks after we replaced her roof and she did express her concern with the nails on the ground, but had also stated that it had been a problem in her neighborhood where a lot of the roofs had been replaced over the summer. Our crews and supervisors work diligently to get all nails once the roofs are complete and unfortunately there are times that some are missed. We never mind going back out to the property and doing additional nail sweeps if necessary. Her letter stated how happy she was with our company for having the knowledge to be able to work with her insurance company in order to have State Farm cover the cost of her damage, which she stated no other roofing company was able to accomplish. I wish when she decided to give her review two years after her roof was put on that she would have also picked up the phone and let us know as well so that we may have had the opportunity to address her concerns and brought her back to the point that she was when she wrote us such a great review after we completed her roof."

Brad, one of the owners, was in our area and stopped by to give me one of his cards. I had already contacted several other roofers listed on Angie's List. One of those bids submitted was outrageous, being almost double what the agreed upon price by Roof Time. I later learned my neighbor had used the contractor who had submitted the outrageous bid and had received a very sub par job of guttering from this particular business. Anyhow, Brad came out and submitted his bid, but I wasn't home to ask several questions. He came back the following evening and answered all my questions and even informed me of other options, I was unaware of, to consider. I decided to allow them to replace my roof. Robin Wood called exactly when Brad told me she would and we set up a date for the following Saturday to replace the roof. I asked how long it would take and was informed they would tear off, repaper, reflash and new shingles, finishing the roof that day. The roof required almost 43 squares, so I was quite skeptical. Saturday started at 7 AM with a six-man crew, and Robin arrived about 9 AM. The entire job was complete at 7 PM in an outstanding and very professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and personable nature of everyone at Roof Time. Thank you for all you accomplished.
