Overall the job went well and Rob was great. He did exactly what he said he would do, his crew was punctual and everything was done within the time estimated. I would certainly use them again and refer them to friends and family.

Their clean up could have been a little bit better.

They worked with me to get it done as quickly as possible because I had a leak. They were really good at working with me. I was out of town when they did it. I was going out of the country, that is why I needed it done as quickly as possible so I didn'thave water in my bedroom when I came back. They were really good.

Very well. All personnel were polite and helpful. Went just as they said it would. I was quite pleased. They told me it would be done in less than a day, and they were cleaning up by 2pm. They did a thorough cleanup. In the weeks since the job I've found precisely one roofing nail in the entire yard, which I consider amazing. My only complaint, and it is quite minor, is that I've found in the shrubs and pool several strips of clear plastic film about two inches wide and several inches long that might have been packaging material. If you have a roof-mounted satellite dish, the roofers must unscrew it and leave it hanging on its cable out of their way, but the roofers are not qualified to reinstall. That's not a problem if you called your satellite provider a few days earlier and made an appointment for reinstallation. In my case my family had to "suffer" a day without TV.

It went well. Prompt work done in one day. No problems.

Rob was great. The last post that gave him an F was exactly the same problem I had. The rain diverter was too big and with the amount of rain and wind we had, the water was getting in up under the roof and leaking down an inside wall. He removed it and replaced the shingles for me. I will be calling them again when I need any roof repair or replacement.

On time for a leak repair on short notice. However, Lamar (his last name) did noting to repair the problem. As a result the leak is now exasperated after 4 days of rain during a holiday week. I was stood up by another roofer and called C & H. Lamar was more focused on telling me how to game the insurance company for a new roof and using him for the project. He painted a doomsday scenario and pointed out everything the builder did "wrong". At one point Lamar actually tried to convince me that contrary to the laws of gravity water could flow up...really dude?! ??? Would I use this company again? No. Why? Because he was more interested in what I DID NOT call him for, didn't repair the leak at all, and wanted to deal in cash only.

C&B were very professional and found and repaired a leak in my roof. I would hire them again.

I called C & H roofing after discovering a leak in one of the bathrooms in my house during a heavy rainstorm. They arrived punctually, went to the roof to inspect it, after being shown the leaky ceiling in the bathroom. He told be that defective "boot jacks" were the cause of the problem, and initially recommended that I file an insurance claim-which I did.And after the adjuster inspected my roof and spoke with Rob Lamar from C & H, it was determined that the roof damage was not sufficient to warrant an insurance claim. Ok, good. That following Friday, Rob Lamar, from C & H returned to do the work. He and his partner went up on the roof, and repaired all the "boot jacks." The job didn't take more than an hour, and the final cost was $300.00, just as Rob Lamar had said it would be during the initial roof inspection. We have had rain since the roof repair, and the bathroom ceiling has shown no further evidence of leaking. All appears to have gone satisfactorily, and I am very pleased.

Rob is extremely professional yet friendly. We had a leak in our roof which another roofing company had come out and fixed, but it still leaked, and they lost interest in coming back again. We saw a special which C & H Roofing ran on Angie's List and purchased it. It was a very hectic time in our lives and Rob was so patient and accommodating in working with our schedule. Once we were able to set a date, he showed up just as scheduled, took the time to look in our attic to find out where the leak was originating, and then went up on the roof. He discovered the leak was being caused by a nail previously repaired but the repair did not hold. Rob fixed that and also corrected several other areas on the roof which he thought might cause problems in the near future. He is just a really nice, straight-up guy who has a lot of knowledge about roofing. We will definitely call C & H Roofing for any roofing needs we have in the future.

Went great! Had some storm damage to our roof last night. Turbine blew off due to faulty original installation by builder. Left hole in roof and with more rain coming we had to get it fixed. Called Rob at C&H Roofing and he responded within 30 minutes of initial contact. Within 2 hours he was out at the house to do a quick emergency replacement of our east side turbine. Very professional, punctual and helpful. Engaged in conversation about other possible future roofing needs. Very polite and got the job done within 30 minutes. While up on the roof, did a visual inspection of the rest of the roof and climbed in the attic to give assessment of any water damage due to storm. (found none). Would HIGHLY recommend this company for any roofing needs. If they are this responsive at a last minute phone call I can guess how much more efficient they would be for an entire roofing job. Company also installs soffitt vents, and other types of jobs. Does not install insulation.

Original dry wall ceiling, which was likely too thin and suspect installation fell on my car without obvious reason. Rob bid on the job (he was already scheduled for a Big Deal roof inspection) the day after the ceiling collapse. He used particle board, at my request. His bid was reasonable but as importantly he could do the work that week. I feared further ceiling collapses. Jose and Pepe arrived when promised. Both were fabulous, Jose was very professional and knowledgeable. He did have to return to address door opener malfunction, which he did on a Saturday. Found the problem (staple in wire when replaced on ceiling) and all is functional again. Overall a positive experience. Rob clearly branches out to other areas than just the roof.

Rob called immediately, set up a time within days, he would have come sooner had my schedule allowed. He arrived early for appointment, after calling to be sure it was okay. He performed minor maintenance on roof as per Big Deal which covered the cost. He recommended and I agreed to add a turbine to provide ventilation and that was done the same day. We are discussing him replacing my garage ceiling, the dry wall is pretty old and a portion fell on my car just a few days before his appointment.

Appears to have held up thru all the rain!.

Provider arrived on time and was very friendly. They performed the work with excellence and professionalism. They worked quickly and proficiently. If we have another hail storm this year, I'm sure I will need a new roof and I will be giving them a call to do the work. I appreciate how quickly they responded as I was beginning to get water in my garage due to the high winds dislodging a few shingles. The only thing that wasn't mentioned was the $125 credit for any additional work needed. My assumption was that there wasn't any additional work needed or they would have mentioned it. Regardless of when it happens...when I need a new roof, I will be contacting them.

I don’t understand why he is recommended if he isn’t licensed, bonded, or insured. I am very disappointed. He specifically asked for cash and didnt honor 125.00 credit off of services as promised in the deal.

Good service. Perfect if you want your roof checked out and to fix very minor problems at an excellent price.

Arrived right on time. Performed work quickly. Very nice person to work with.

They came out, they walked the roof. I told them a few things I was concerned about. There were a few pop ups on shingles. They nailed them down. There was leak around chimney, they gave me a name of a carpenter to get that fix. They were polite, nice and professional.

It was okay. He did a good job on the roof. However, the painter he hired didn't finish the job. He was also a little underhanded in the financing. I told him that I was going to get a few bids on the roof and he got a little agitated. I asked what it'd cost to redo the roof and he told me one price. When I got the insurance check, it turned out to be more than his estimate; he ultimately upped the cost of the roof. I didn't feel comfortable with the experience. The inside didn't get done, but the roof looks nice. Update: The insurance company came out to inspect and noted the roof did not meet the requirements for the insurance claim- they only installed a 20- year roof and the cheapest shingles you can buy. On his contract it said 30- year roof. Stay away from this provider.

They did a great job for what they did. There was a small break down in communication. The time that was supposed to be used on cleaning the attic vent screening was used on the garage. I would use them again.

It was good. Everything was good and I did like them and they did a good job and on time with their schedule. There wasn't anything additional cost.

I bought the service on Saturday and Rob w/C&H called me on Monday and he came out inspected the roof, called me and told me what was needed and he made the repair. Rob was very polite and professional...will definitely use him again when needed.
