Preferred Roofing Systems is locally owned and our corporate office has been in the same location since 1972. We have thousands of satisfied customers in the DFW metroplex. We specialize in damaged commercial and residential roofs that need repair or replacement. We use only the best materials and are dedicated to completing each project in a timely manner. I am a REALTOR - Paul at Preferred Roofing is my go to Roofer! My clients love him, he gets out same day usually, has a quick turnaround with quotes and estimates, he explains and educates, he’s reasonable, reliable. Since I just simply recommend services to my clients who ultimately hire/pay for the work it is extremely important that I have good recommendations for the sake of my business - with that said I 100% recommend his services!!!

So the reality is, there are many companies out here that can do quality roof repairs but the difference is they don’t come with PAUL! Not only did Preferred Roofing do an amazing job replacing my my entire roof, but they were responsive, professional and Paul went above and beyond from start to finish. This was my first time having to go through this process, and I was nervous and almost dreaded getting the process started. That is where Paul and the office manager, Gina stepped in and made this the most pain free process ever. Paul felt like family while we worked together and I was almost a little sad when all of the work was finished. I have Paul and Preferred Roofing on speed dial if I ever need roofing services in the future. Thank you Paul and Preferred Roofing...you gained a lifetime customer and I will make sure to refer you to all of my family, friends and neighbors.

I have heard stories of the nightmares folks have had in regards to roofers. For the past 6 years I have had excellent experiences on all of our roof replacements with Paul and Preferred Roofing. They were reasonably priced (beat out the competition), put up quality roofs (All inspections at sale time passed with flying colors), and they were always prompt, courteous, and willing to take care of things in a timely manner if something arose. They had different products and colors to choose from. I also referred them to numerous friends of mine who had excellent experiences. I am greatly appreciative that I had a go to roofer after all of our hail storms!

A neighbors tree fell on two storage buildings. They removed tree and completely repaired both buildings. It didn't take as long as I thought it would and looks really nice.

Very impressed with presentation and quote for new roof. Crew arrived as product was delivered so work started immediately. Everything went as scheduled and as presented. Old roof removed and work completed with nothing left exposed overnight. Area cleaned completely on second day. Crew was very professional. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to others.

Paul and Preferred Roofing did an excellent job for my parents when re-roofing their home. He was completely responsive, even walking us through the entire claims process and meeting the adjuster at the home. He explained everything to us very well and followed through on everything he promised. His crew did an excellent job on installing the new roof. It looks beautiful. When they were installing, they found a few things on the decking that needed to be addressed as well. Paul and his crew took care of everything for us. We would absolutely hire them again. They come highly recommended.

Probably the easiest (for me) roofing job I've had done - and I've had to do quite a few reroofings. Paul's company, recommended by a neighbor, is located south of Dallas but his price was competitive, even though my house is in south-central OK. His crew is experienced and skilled, and they are hard workers. Paul was always available by phone/text and he was present much of the time the work was being done. We knew there was some rotted decking, but not how much - Paul gave me a reasonable price on labor and materials to cover the additional repairs.

Great job! We're so glad we found this company and we are forever appreciative of their work. Our roof is only two years old, but we had squirrels who damaged the siding on our two-story chimney and created entry points into our attic. The communication, responsiveness, and actual thoroughness of the work of this company was fantastic. We will definitely give them a call for any future needs, and I very highly recommend them, too!

After I called them, Paul immediately came out and provided an estimate. He was very prompt. Like the other roofing companies that came over to provide a quote, Paul also asked if he could provide a roof inspection. I said that was fine, but that I really wasn't interested in that; I only wanted the attic vents repaired. I had squirrels getting through my existing attic vents. Almost every roofing company that came over to provide me an estimate wanted to increase the job to replacing my roof, even though I expressed I was not interested in this. I didn't appreciate the pressure from the other companies. Paul provided me basic info on my roof, but after I told him I wasn't interested, he focused on the main reason for my call, which I appreciate. They were able to come out very quickly once I hired them. Paul was pleasant to work with. His crew did a good job. (I plan to inspect the attic after the next rain shower to confirm there are not any issues.) His crew also inspected and caulked other vents on my roof and made a few other minor fixes as part of the job. Very nice. They cleaned everything up afterwards. Paul ensured I was happy with the work. All in all, they did a good job. I would recommend them.
