pool cleaners
+ -1 moreGot estimate on Tuesday to acid wash. Changed to paint if I could pay it out over a couple weeks. They agreed to that. Set up service for Thursday same week. They gave me great ideas for a future renovation. Thursday they did not show up, but promised they would get to me Friday. Texting all day for an update. She said she was sending them at 5:45pm Friday... when I waited another 2 hours, at 7:44pm she texted me back “they should be there by now.” No one ever showed up! My pool has been empty and dry 6 days! I have made every effort to contact, and nothing. Untrustworthy, possibly overwhelmed, horrible logistics and terrible comms. I wish I could give a glowing review, but I cannot. Buyer beware. Lots of enthusiasm for first meeting, no results. I am sad to even have to write this. I have included text from last night and this morning. Here I sit at 3:38pm on a Saturday with an empty pool.
