"This job was a complete re-roof, we tore off 1 layer of old compostions shingles and 1 layer of old wooden shingles, re-decked the house with 1/2" plywood and installed a new 30 year Tamko Heritage Shingle. All pipe flashings and counter flashings were new and painted with an anti-rust roof paint to match the shingles. The job was completed on April 29, 2005 the same day we were paid in full and the customer was totally satisfied. We followed up with a Thank You letter for their business on May 18, 2005 and have not heard any word from the homeowners about any problems with our workmanship and them needing a new roof. Eight years later we have the same office staff, crew, place of business and same phone number. If we had recieved a phone call from the homeowners we would have gladly responded to her request and more than likely fixed whatever she thought was wrong, for free. We are currently an Accredited Business with the BBB and hold an A+ rating, nor have we ever recieved a bad complaint. We are sorry for this confusion and look forward to continually serving customers in the Dallas metroplex."
