We called to ask if they could do something along the lines of what we needed. They came out the next day to see what we had and to take measurements, calling 30 minutes before coming by to make sure the timing was still convenient. They had some orders ahead of us, and said that they probably couldn't get started on our job for a week. Just a few days later they came out and installed the first pieces, and they took more measurements. Over the next week, they came and installed the remaining pieces as they were completed, calling each time prior to coming out, and working with us when timing needed to shift.
Once the job was essentially done, based on our original discussions, we were concerned that we had 2 short walls that weren't sturdy enough if a horse were to lean against them. So, Hanson thought about it, designed and implemented a brace that shored up the walls without detracting from the beautiful results we'd just achieved.
