Goad Plumbing

Not well. My wife called and the man said the price would be $85.00 just to look at my toilet. My insurance company said they needed a plumbers report to determine the cause of the toilet overflowing. All I got was a $100.00 charge and a receipt. This was not the price we agreed on and the workers he sent did not let me talk to the owner to challenge the price. I think I should at least get a detailed report for my insurance company. And an explanation as to why he added $15.00 to the price!

He is extremely fair in his pricing. He is very prompt and will even show up a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. Mr. Goad is extremely nice and will answer any questions and walk you through what he is doing.

Mr. Goad was especially prompt. He showed up on time and he explained what he was doing which was very good and he did all the work that I asked him to do. He is very reasonably priced. He's been in business for years. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He really explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.

We came home this evening to find water leaking in our garage and into our bedroom. We called Goad Plumbing and spoke to the owner, Robert, who made a point to come out asap (it was towards dinner time, so I was really grateful). After investigating a bit, he discovered that we had a slab leak from a hot water line. He stopped the water from leaking and made a way for us to continue using the cold water in house while we waited for a slab leak specialist to arrive tomorrow. Robert, the owner, is very kind and knowledgeable. I really liked him and would happily refer his services to anyone needing plumbing!

The call was placed late on the 23rd to the plumber and an appointment was made for 1 PM. Robert Goad arrived at 11 AM. He did not call in advance to say he was coming early.
He inspected the water flow then tested the house plumbing for leaks and found none. He was professional, finished quickly and was honest that no work was required. He charged a very reasonable fee for the call.
I would call him again.

We'll have him back for any future plumbing needs or problems. His price was about half the other three estimates we got, and his work is better than all the other relative jobs we've had done the twenty-five years we've been in our home. He provides a frank and honest opinion and evaluation of what will be required, no surprises as far as unexpected problems and costs that arise in the course of replacing the heater, and extremely responsive.
Just a very kind and honest man who's very skilled at his trade. Wish I'd found him years ago and hopefully he won't retire any time soon.

He is very good about getting back to you the next day. His prices are amazing. He is very reputable. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him in the future if need be.
