Fence was installed, as promised.  Excellent work.  Scheduling depends on weather and work load.  No complaints.

Everything went well. I met with the owner of the company. He brought samples of the various grades of vinyl fencing from which to choose. He was very professional. I had several quotes and all were very close to each other. He was most detailed with the process and what to expect. They kept me posted on the timing of everything. The crew was clean, professional, and extremely efficient. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Future Outdoors, LLC again!

Let me start off by saying that I am satisfied with the workmanship of this company.  However, I was not satisfied with the way my contract/payment/installation was carried out.  I informed them that I received a violation code notice from the city and needed to have the install done as soon as possible.  It was only after I signed the contract that I was notified that it was going to take 6 weeks before the fence could be installed.  We agreed to pay half down and the remaining balance after the job was finished.  I waited a month or so and nothing happened.  At this point, I was getting nervous/anxious about the time delay so I called the company and asked for an approximate installation date and was told it could be another week or two.  I'd had enough!  I asked for a refund of the down payment since no work had been done and the city had not marked the utility lines.  I was told they would refund my money but I'd have to pay them $42 because they had already swiped my card. WHAT?!  After I expressed my extreme disapproval in the time delay and fee (which was not in the contract) , miraculously the installation could happen within a few days.  Guess what?  It only took 1 day to install the fence!!...You mean to tell me I waited nearly 7 weeks for a 1 day job! Not good...

I was impressed. He was on time, listened to what I said.  I had asked for an estimate and I walked my yard with him and discussed what I wanted. He gave me good advise on what would need to be done.  My yard is not the normal shape or size of others in my neighborhood. And the previous owners had allowed full grown trees to grow up between the fences. He spoke with confidence about what we could do to handle each little issue.
Now the product that he showed me still has me drooling. It was simply out of my reach at this time. But he was very professional with his presentation, left me with a written estimate, and a not unfriendly feeling about the company.  I am going to have to settle for less at this time, but when the upgrade comes he will be getting it.

After a long delay in getting started they came when they said they would and completed the work in the expected time.

They did an absolutely perfect job.

They specialize in Vinyl fences. The product is great. I am very happy with the product. Installation was excellent. He did a good job with installation. He was willing to work with me because I am having the fence built in phases, so he is good with that. Generally, he did a pretty good job.

We had purchased a foreclosed home, and the fence was sagging and missing boards.  It badly needed to be re-stained.  They made some repairs and then  power-washed it, let it dry out for a week, and returned to hand-brush the stain. It looked pretty good, but over the months the fence began to pull apart at one corner.  We tried to get Future Fence to return several months later to fix a problem, but as they were unresponsive, (they must have had many jobs) we hired another company to make the repairs.

Overall it went pretty good.  It took a couple fo weeks to shedule to the work, but the work was performed all in one day.  They did not haul away the left over debris.  I had to move several times until I could schedule my city waste department to come by and pick it up.  Next time I will know to negotiate that part in advance.

Overall work went well. The gate is in good working order and no vinyl boards are down. Future Fence and Deck did have a owner change that also changed the warranty. Something to look at.

They did a wonderful job. I had a tornado pop out a few panels. They came out to pop them back in for a very reasonable price. They also came back and replaced a lock for free that had broken. They offer a lifetime warranty too!

He was horrible on the follow-up. I always had to chase him down. I would call him and he wouldn t call back. He disappeared and I couldn t get him to come back. I think that he was very nervous because it was such a custom job and he couldn't handle that. They have a nice show place though and I am sure they do other quality work.

I GOT MY MOM A METAL FENCE FOR HER HOUSE. THEY WERE FAST AND BEAT THE TIMELINE THEY ESTIMATED. THE ENTIRE CREW WAS FRIENDLY AND TRIED THEIR BEST TO PLEASE ME. THEY EVEN GAVE ME RATES OF OTHERS.

VERY QUICK TURNAROUND TIME. EXCELLENT WORK AND PROFESSIONAL MANNERISMS.

MIKE BUILDS THE BEST QUALITY FENCE I HAVE EVER SEEN. HIS PRICES ARE HIGH, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND MORE. IN THE TWO YEARS SINCE THE FENCE WAS CONSTRUCTED, MIKE HAS FOLLOWED UP TO ENSURE EVERYTHING IS STILL OK AND HAS FIXED, AT NO CHARGE, MINOR ABNORMALITIES WITH THE FENCE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW VINYL FENCE. THE WORKMANSHIP IS FIRST RATE. TIMING WAS EXACT. CORRECTIONS WERE HANDLED VERY PROMPTLY. SALESMAN REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF!
