Regardless of your plumbing needs, we will provide you with quality service at affordable prices. We take pride in our workmanship which is reflected in even the smallest of details. We can help you with major projects such as the construction of a new home or office, remodeling, or setting a new appliance you purchased for your home. No job is too large or too small. On to the kitchen sink faucet, which had mysteriously lost most of its hot water pressure while all other hot water faucets worked fine. Cesar said it was likely a broken valve in the faucet itself. He suggested I call the manufacturer, as perhaps they would send a replacement part at no charge. He also noted we had a corroded shutoff, which he said he might as well wait to replace when the valve arrived. He told me that if the new valve didn't do the trick, I might need a whole new faucet.
We duly received a new valve. Cesar came back, replaced the valve and shutoff. The hot water still didn't run properly, which meant the trouble was in the water line and would require a new faucet. We agreed I would call the manufacturer and see if they would help me with a new unit. Sure enough, I soon had a new faucet and Cesar made a third call to install it.
DJM never charged me for any service call until the problem was completely resolved. Then they were more than fair with the fees, not even charging for all three calls. Cesar was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and very tidy. This is a company with high integrity and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.
