Highly Recommend DJM Plumbing We have been using David Monday for over a year now for all our plumbing work. We have been doing a remodel of our Kitchen & baths. DJM plumbing has installed 3 new sinks with new faucets & plumbing, installed pedestal sink & faucet, waste disposal, new hot water heater & flood stop alarms on both hot water heaters. As soon as they called them, they came out the next day. The one was still leaking, and when I called them and I told them I was getting ready for the next day I was going to go to Alaska and he called and he came out that day. He fixed the problem and didn't charge me anything extra for doing it. He was really nice and he stood out in the yard we talked for a while and I have a sprinkler system and the pipes are round on one side of the house and the top of it the water was sprouting out of it, this was before I went to Alaska. So, I just have him to look at it. He said, "One needs to be completely replaced", and he told me, "Whenever you get back you could call me", he said, "I don't do it, but I know someone that does." I got good vibes, so I really like him and his work.

Cesar arrived on time, took care to keep my floors clean, and examined both problem areas. After he explained the trouble with the bathtub and offering two options, I decided not to take any action on that for now. On to the kitchen sink faucet, which had mysteriously lost most of its hot water pressure while all other hot water faucets worked fine. Cesar said it was likely a broken valve in the faucet itself. He suggested I call the manufacturer, as perhaps they would send a replacement part at no charge. He also noted we had a corroded shutoff, which he said he might as well wait to replace when the valve arrived. He told me that if the new valve didn't do the trick, I might need a whole new faucet. We duly received a new valve. Cesar came back, replaced the valve and shutoff. The hot water still didn't run properly, which meant the trouble was in the water line and would require a new faucet. We agreed I would call the manufacturer and see if they would help me with a new unit. Sure enough, I soon had a new faucet and Cesar made a third call to install it. DJM never charged me for any service call until the problem was completely resolved. Then they were more than fair with the fees, not even charging for all three calls. Cesar was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and very tidy. This is a company with high integrity and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

The installer showed up 5 minutes before he was done. Did a perfect job and was out of here in 40 minutes. Based on my experience I would highly recommend.

I found DJM Plumbing on Angie's List, and it was located near me in Midlothian, TX. I called on a Monday and left a message explaining what I needed and received a return call within an hour or so. I scheduled an appointment time for Friday morning, and owner David Monday (with a helper) arrived promptly at the appointed time. He checked the burner on the gas fireplace and worked with it for a short time. He then told me that he wasn't sure of the exact problem and or what replacement parts might be needed. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't just do something which might cause bigger problems later. He didn't charge anything for the time he spent looking at the burner. The kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, and David carefully explained why just using a repair kit would not provide a lasting solution. I decided to replace the faucet so David and his helper left to go to the plumbing supply house to get a comparable replacement. They returned within a short time and replaced the faucet, and we have had no problem with it since. I believe DJM provided prompt and honest service at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing needs.
