It didn't. I called about the leak. They came out, looked the situation over and came in with a bid of $1,200. I laughed and told them "no thanks". They left. Later, I got a bill for $84 for the estimate. At no time did anyone say anything about a fee. We called and they reversed the charge. ? Later, we called another plumber/not on Angi. He came and did the job for $250. So needless to say, Dellaco is either: a crook? or does business in an odd way. Why would anyone ever call them?

Todd and Russell are the most attentive guys you will ever meet. They do excellent work and if they think we're not happy, they go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with their services. Also when giving estimates, they give us several options to give us a choice. As a church, we don't use anyone else. They took really good care of us, even if it's at night or on a weekend and never complain.
