Excellent Service! The company called to confirm that the technician would arrive earlier than the scheduled time. The technician was professional and clearly a subject matter expert when it came to refrigerators. He came in and quickly diagnosed the issued and explained what he was doing and why. He clearly knew what he was doing (but to be sure I did my homework so I would be familiar with what he was talking about!). Bottom line their current A rating was well deserved. I would use Davids appliance Service again in a heartbeat!

I researched companies on Angie's list last night, I received a call from David's this morning based on my online activity. They were able to schedule a repair call this morning by 10 AM! The repairman said the compressor was bad and there was a possible Freon leak, so he recommended replacement, not repair, which I totally agreed with. No pressure to repair an old unit, just service call 69.00 plus tax

The serviceman and owner of company was highly skilled and familiar with old Maytags and their idiosyncrasies. He did some minor adjustments and clarified some noises from both appliances. I was very satisfied with his work and price.

Please verify that it was Davids Appliance that came out and give us a call at 972.723.6348 so we can figure it out for you and get you your copy of your receipt. We do not have a way to send receipts online other than by email and our techs usually always lave a hard copy at the home once the repair has been completed. We are eager to get this taken care of for you and hope to hear from you soon. Have a great day!"

Called David's appliance in the early afternoon and he was here in about 2 hours. The repair took about an hour and he explained exactly what was broken and repaired it promptly. Very courteous and professional.

It went fine. The repair man was professional and worked quickly. He made recommendations on how to keep it from happening again. The markup on the motor was not unreasonable over internet prices. I was a little disappointed that they charged me two trip fees for the one repair.
