We put about $450 down on our chosen counter more than a month before the bath remodel was finished. Several days before the remodel was to be completed, I got a call telling me that my chosen piece of granite was either broken, scratched or gone and I needed to come in a find a different piece. The next day I went in and looked at samples with Robin. We chose a granite that Robin assured me was something they have in stock and that they can get it any time of the day or night. She talked incessantly the entire time we were there, but she never once mentioned that the granite top would come in pieces. The granite arrived this morning in two pieces and I sent it back. I am told now that they cannot get or make a 102" countertop in a single piece. They have had our money for months and I am very dissatisfied with this company. We have asked for a refund.

The installers were very professional and polite and did a good job of installing the granite countertops. Most of the work was done very well, except for one seam on one part of the countertop, that was not cut correctly at the shop and did not flow well at all with the rest of the granite countertop. Another piece of granite had to be cut at the shop and that part of the countertop had to be torn out and replaced. The finished product is still not to our greatest satisfaction, especially since we paid so much for the slabs of granite, but we have settled for it.
