D RAMOS SPRINKLERS

We called Mr Ramos to give us an estimate for a sprinkler System. He gave us an estimate of $3250.00 including the system drawing to present to the city of Grand Prairie. He wanted half of the money down but since all he wanted to do was present the drawing to the city first, and was not sure how long it's going to take before approval, we agreed and paid him $800.00 down on the 16th of February 2013 . Since he withdrew the money, it's been very difficult to get him on phone. Occasionally he would call and tell us that he's still waiting on the approval from the city and it should be ready on the 27th of February 2013 and that the installation will be completed on March 1st or maybe a day after. We said that we will meet with him once the drawing is approved, sign the contract and give him the other half of the money. But after that conversation, we have not heard from Mr Ramos. No drawing, no money, no sprinkler and no Mr Ramos!!!
