Water's Edge

Water's Edge was great! We submitted our claim online through our home warranty provider's website and we got a call back from Water's Edge very quickly. The office administrator set us up with their next available appointment. A couple hours later, she called again to let us know that they had a cancellation and would be able to arrive sooner if we wished, which we did of course. Two gentlemen showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and were gone in about 30 minutes. Great service!

They showed up on time. They were very respectful. I do not understand much about plumbing. But they were very polite explaining several times until I understood what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

We had a leak in our hot water line In our main bathroom and were forced to use this company because of our home warranty. There was an access panel that made it easy to get to. The only difficult part was that it was next to the toilet so it could be a right squeeze. (We offered to remove the toilet). The technician said they would have to cut into the slab, which turned out to be completely unnecessary. They also stated that our plumbing was absolutely terrible and needed to be replaced throughout the entire house. I was very trusting of their opinion but I thought I'd still get a second person to look before I agreed to their services. Apparently the water's edge technician was not being truthful. I had someone come in from American Leak Detection and fix the whole problem in a couple hours. And he didn't try to "sell" me more services that I didn't need. I have never used water's edge ever again. It seemed they were just trying to get more money out of me.

Water's Edge was forced on us by our home warranty company uses in the Midland/Odessa area. They made two service calls at $60, each for issues we had in our house. One was a clogged drain line, and the other was a leak in the hot water line under our slab. They confirmed the problems to us, made us a quote for how much it would be to fix, then left in order for the home warranty company to contact us about the work to be performed. They apparently did not report back to the home warranty company the root causes that they had told us. Thus, none of the work they quoted to us would be covered even though they told us exactly what we needed to hear in order to assume the home warranty company would cover the work.
They wanted to come back out and do the work right away, telling us that everything was fine and that work would be covered under the home warranty. I'm extremely glad that we didn't proceed with them because the quotes were very high compared to other companies, and we would have gotten no help from the home warranty company. They seem to have tried to trick us into using their services with the false pretense that the work would be covered under a home warranty

They were very informative and punctual.  I enjoyed the professionalism.

They are absolutely marvelous.  Usually they are early for appointments.  They clean up very well after themselves.
