Warren did framing, electrical, insulation, installed doors and windows on a new guest house for us. He also helped us redraw our blueprints for a more efficient use of space and materials. He is patient and easy to work with. We feel his prices were very fair and he did excellent quality work. We plan to have him come back to install sheetrock, plumbing, kitchen cabinets and mini-splits for heating/cooling.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Warren made several repairs to our storage/workshop. We had holes in the roof and floor that needed repairing, windows added , repaired siding and painted. Our storage shed looks great. Warren is well skilled , reasonably priced and explains options and cost. We will hire again for more jobs.
