TU Plumbing Heating and AC

I had work done by TU Plumbing as part of a Lowe's Appliance Install (Water Softener). When our water heater broke, we called Tommy at TU. He was quick to schedule an appointment to repair/replace our water heater. I was interested in a Tankless Water Heater and Tommy recommended a very good unit. However, after the installation, I learned that the Tankless Water Heater manufacturer (Renai) expects the owner/installation/purchase information to be submitted immediately (at least within 30 days of installation by a certified installer - which at this point I'm not sure TU is a certified installer) to provide the full parts AND LABOR 5-year warranty. After several phone calls and a certified letter, Tommy has still refused to provide me with the warranty information on the unit as promised. He stated several times he would deliver the warranty guarantee to me or bring it by. He has not. Despite the warranty issue, Tommy did an excellent job with the installation of our Water Softener system via Lowe's and the Tankless Water Heater.

They were very professional and punctual. They gave me a true price quote and were not trying to take advantage of me.

Our AC went out on Thursday afternoon, we called our home warranty company to send some one out to service our AC. That company told us it would be another week to fix our AC. Temperatures were already in th 100's and I have two young kids at home. TU had done some other work for us in the past and were awesome. We called them up and they were able to replace our whole system for a very reasonable price and even came out on a Sunday to install our system so we could have air again. TU will be our company from now on. They were professional, knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done correctly before they left. Tommy and his crew were fantastic and we thank them for giving up their time on a Sunday to take care of our home and family.
