Most of the issues we had were communication issues which is why I gave professionalism a C. My husband, when quoted and agreed upon was told that the fence would be buried enough that and quot;a rat terrier would not be able to get under itand quot;. We expressed to them that the purpose of the fence was to keep our dogs in the yard and we didn't want them to be able to easily dig out. It took about a month before services were slated to start, which I expected so I really didn't have an issue with that, however I didn't receive a phone call to tell me exactly what day they would start until the day before (because they were able to start a few days early). Isreal and the contract crew they got to do the work were really easy to talk to and address concerns with. The issues started when I got home after work when they started putting the panels up, aprox 1/3 of the panels had been put up and I noticed space between the bottom of the fence and the ground in some place as much as 6 inches... not buried at all! I immediately contacted triple T and they sent Isreal out, I expressed my concerns and was then told that what they told my husband wasn't going to be true based on our terrain... which we should have been told to begin with, he did work with me as far as getting the footing but I still wound up being out an extra 3K that we had not anticipated... and it caused the crew to have to undo the work they had done that day. Also the panels that they took down were reused (they did put them on the side of the house between us and our neighbor instead of the street) and since they were reused there were holes in the panels... I was very understanding of the need to reuse the panels but requested that they seal the holes that were left so that the fence would not rust, I had to FIGHT with the guy in the office about getting this done, he told me they would not pay the guys to spend time to seal the holes and also told me if it rusted it would not be covered under warranty! He said that they already knocked off 1300 bucks from the footing and a covered a days worth of labor that had to be undone and that should be enough! I explained to him I was paying 14K for a fence and wanted it done right and covered under warranty and had we not been given misinformation to begin with there wouldn't be holes in the panel at all! The crew did a good job on the fence, they took a bit longer (even with the rework) than I had anticipated, but then again they usually did not show up at the house to work until after lunch with the exception of the last day. Only because the fence looks nice is why I am giving them a B. The contracted crew did a great job but the communication in the triple T office needs much improvement! Also if they tell you they will be there first thing in the morning and you work, expect them around 10, their day starts later than those of us with desk jobs.

Excellent job, showed on time and was completely done in 3 days

First of all, the owner promptly answered or returned all my calls. He came out quickly to give an estimate, was able to schedule the service within the next week, and had the job completed within two days.
Unfortunately, my husband was rushed to the hospital the Sunday before they were to install my fence. It was very difficult to meet up with them to pay for the service. The owner met me at the hospital after hours to get his check.
Also, while they were installing my fence, we received a large delivery of flooring. The truck driver didn't have the equipment to unload this very heavy material and the workers from Triple T volunteered to unload the truck and stack it neatly on my front porch.
Triple T is a fantastic business. They are professional and do quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Triple T replaced approximately eighty feet of our fence damaged in an auto accident, installed a driveway gate, and replaced other sections of our fence that were in need of repair. They worked us into their schedule approximately 7 weeks ahead of the July appointment time we agreed on...ours was a relatively small job that could be and quot;worked inand quot; their schedule.
The work crews were prompt, professional, and did good work. We are pleased with Triple T's work and will use them again if we need additional fencing work. While their estimate was not the least expensive we received, it was accepted without adjustment by Allstate Insurance and it was competitive with other estimates we received.

I had just purchased my house in 2009 and in March of 2010 we had high winds come through and blow the fence to the ground. I called two companies for estimates. Triple T was the first to come out and give a price. I was so impressed with his presentation of what type of fencing was available and his professionalism, I cancelled the second estimate and signed the bid from Triple T.
After they put up the fence, I thought it would look better with a frame around it at the bottom and sides. I expressed this to him and he added it at no charge. First class customer service!!
Three years later, fence is still in super condition. Will use in the future if I ever need to.

Research brought me to this business. Also the only company in this area who also preformed masonry work which we needed.I called and was able to schedule an on-site visit that afternoon. Troy took his time to listen to our needs.
I received a verbal bid the next day, which we agreed to accept.
He returned a week later to review everything with my husband and listen to our needs and discuss his plan of action for the work needed. When I accepted the verbal bid, we were put on the work schedule, 6 weeks. Which is good for this area where demand is high for home work and remodeling. This also worked well for our schedule.
Exactly 6 weeks later they began the work begining with the removal of the old fence and retaining wall of cynderblock. Each evening they cleaned up the work area. The workers did a meticulous job with the cynder block rebuild and placement of new aluminum poles, which took the longest work time for the 11 days of work. The fence went up quickly after that.
The workers were helpful during trash pick-up days, since they needed to use the ally,
The owner or his son, who works for the company, checked in every morning and evening to follow up with the workers and-or us on the work performed.

Very pleased with whole experience. Jacob showed up promptly, gave me an estimate, expected to have to wait for weeks for fence work, but my job was small and due to a cancellation or postponement were doing my job in 2 days. Very pleased with quality of work. Would definitely call again!

Troy was available when I needed the work done, had employees on site when he said they would be there, took special care with the dogs in our yard and neighbors yard. Cleaned and finished the project, fixed the small things I wanted changed, worked well with the electrician I wanted.
