The technicians replaced the valve under the toilet and the pipe under the bathroom sink. The work took about 3 hours. The pipe under the sink lead into the drywall which necessitated removal of some of the tile to allow access to the joint in the wall.

Bosworth was prompt and very professional. Billed me as they were instructed and made the experience great. I use Bosworth all the time they are always as responsive as their schedule will allow. An the work is always done right and correct the first time. Have never had to call them out to re-fix the same problem.

This service went well. Bosworth installed the brand new central heat and air heat pump unit in December of 2009 with a 10 year warranty, so this service was under warranty. I have used them a lot over the years and what follows is my opinion of their service. They do not always get there when they say they will, but none of the others I have used do either. They are a bit expensive, but they do good work. They have been around a long time, so you can count on them to do a good job and they do stand behind their work. You can get work done for less money, but if you want the job done right the first time, Bosworth is worth the extra cost.
