Fixed me right up!

I made the appt. for 2:00 - 4:00 and they had a cancellation and called to request if they could come early. They were here less than an hour, repaired the refrigerator and were very pleasant and professional. I will recommend them and use them again.

Great. repaired the dryer quickly and efficiently.

As stated in previous reviews, I was able to quickly get an appointment scheduled and given the time window of 2:00-4:00 the next day. Right at 2:00 I got a call to see if it was okay for them to come on over. Thad and his son were just the most delightful people. They came in and within a couple of minutes diagnosed the problem and delivered the bad news. It wasn't repairable. They went further and explained why it wasn't repairable which made so much more sense. They charged me a very reasonable service call fee and left me their card. I will call them again. What a great company!

Excellent Service, good price, friendly faces, Cleaned up before and after. Highly Recommended. Other shops may have condemned the unit but Thad said it was just a fan and not the compressor (which I suspected).

very professional and prompt.  had to order a part and it was in the next day and replaced.  These guys were great!  They went above and beyond to get my dryer parts quickly and the dryer repaired.  No doubt I'll call them again.

The machine would stop and display a fault code.  There were clothing items in the hose system. Technician successfully removed items causing malfunction.

It was easy to get an appointment, and reschedule when I needed to. He was scheduled to come between 9 and 11, and Leisa called right at 9 to ask if he could come. Thad was very polite, friendly, and quick. He told me our ice maker was dead and we would need a new one, and showed me the mineral buildup that indicated it needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote for $295 and told me most people in town charge around $600. We told him to go ahead, and he replaced it right away because he already had an ice maker in his van. I was overall very pleased. However, when I looked up how much it should cost to have a new ice maker installed on http://www.homewyse.com/, the estimate was between $220 and $250. I don't know if Thad overcharged me or if that site is not accurate.

They arrived on time as scheduled and called ahead. They cleaned up the area after service. They determined the exact problem, and gave me a detailed estimate of repair costs, plus evaluation of whether to do the repair or not. The problem was a timer on an old unit. It was better for us to buy a new one, as the cost was over 50% of a new unit. They gave us the option to do repair or not, instead of just doing it and charging us, which we really appreciated. Very professional.
