A Terminix salesman knocked on my door and sold me a package for exterminating.  He kept emphasizing that they would spray inside the walls, spray the eaves, the perimeter of the house, and do a termite inspection.  The protection would last three months.  When the technician got there the next day, he told me they did NOT spray inside the walls or the eaves.  He said at least once a day he gets an angry customer telling him the same story, but that's not the service he's been sent to do.  He spent about 15 minutes, supposedly spraying the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the perimeter of the house.
I've tried to reach a manager at Terminix for four days now, and no one will call me back.  My next step will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
