I have spent thousands of dollars with them, but no longer. I have found a much more professional provider. It sickens me that this practice has deteriorated as it has. I do wish Dr Chandler had her own practice she is an outstanding Doctor but I will not put up with mistreatment or rudeness/laziness from staff. Ever since Dr Boyd left everything has gone downhill.

The front office was nice enough but I just moved here and was expecting the same service I usually got from my vet back home but I didn't get that. The doctor fixed her nail that was broken which took about 4 minutes to do but charged me a "extra restraint" fee! My dog is a small schnauzer and even if they had to hold her a little tighter , I don't think it was worth $20!!! I was livid for that charge. He also did not give me antibiotics even though it was clearly inflamed and swollen.

We have a dog. They seemed reasonable. In the past, we used a clinic were you pay like a flat fee every month and you just take your dog in like insurance for your pets but this is the first time we dealt with. They don't have one of those here so I guess what I am saying is I would tell any better but it seemed reasonable I mean it was like $40. It covers the clinic fee and we got a booster shot for it. It was good. The only thing is probably the situation here at Midland everything so it took us a long time to get appointment. That is the common problem out here. There is nothing about the services. The fact that it takes a long to get an appointment they don't do walk-in so its appointment only.

Boarding was excellent, grooming was great, checkup and shots went very well. Jackson does very well there.

Dr Boyd is great, he and dr Erwin are orig vets. Dr hill is also good not familiar with others. The practice has grown too much and getting in is a problem for original clients. Hopefully this won't sacrifice quality known by this pracice.

Each time I checked into the clinic, I requested a certain vet, and both times I was told that he was not there. I agreed to take whichever vet could see him. I don't know if I could have gotten better treatment for my dog if I had gotten my requested vet, but I am completely frustrated that after all this time and money, my dog still has the same problem. I tried to call the clinic after the first antibiotics and speak with the vet, but was informed, rather curtly, by the girl that answered the phone, that I would need to bring my dog in to the clinic again. Now I am, of course, hesitant to return to this same clinic and heaven forbid that I try calling them. I wouldn't want to upset them by being the nuisance that they seem to think that I am.

I was very upset when I brought my dogs home. They both had ticks on them. My Old English Sheepdog had open sores on all four legs. She could not even sit down because of the wounds on her back legs. Nobody mentioned this when I picked her up. They didn't even notice when they brought her out of the kennel. I took her back and complained. The vet said it was because she wasn't used to sleeping on concrete. Apparently, they don't provide bedding for the dogs(?). They gave us medicine for her wounds, and suggested that the next time I have her boarded on the medical side. There will not be a next time. They did not even clean out the wounds and now I have to take her in to her regular vet for follow up.

Their prices are reasonable and they have been good. There are a number of veterinarians and we normally try the schedules one, the one that we have been using and is joined practice with him there available. The first available vet would take you in but if our vet is there we wait for her. The environment is all good.

I had never been to the clinic before and my regular veterinarian was closed over the weekends, my pup stopped eating that Friday night, I had rushed her in Saturday morning. I am of medical staff, I know what tests need to be drawn. I got "beat around the bush" answers from Dr Brown, I would never recommend her. After 5 days of my pup being hospitalized, I went to visit her and she looked worse, I immediately withdrawn care from Tall City and took her to Riordian Hartzoge over at Town and Country here in Midland. We immediately found out what was wrong with her, gave her the treatment she needed, 10 days later she was out of the hospital, and she is still with us today! She tried very hard not to be here with us today!

I've been using Tall City for over 20 years. I still prefer Dr Erwin or Dr Boyd, the original vets. They are professional and caring. the office has gotten very busy and you will probably have a wait, but once I got a treatment plan set up, I was able to check her right in and was out again in less than 15 minutes. I take all my animals here for care and boarding.

They have different doctors but, if you want to see the main doctor, you'll have to wait. They are very caring.

They did a really good job and took good care of him. They were very reasonable. They were always caring. They always communicated with me so I knew what was going on. They were very informative. I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future when I get another dog.
