Description of Work: I've experienced multiple rude conversations on the phone just trying to get them to send someone to my house because I was having so many issues getting online or staying online. I think that they need to train the people who answer the phones to be polite. When I was finally able to get them to send someone to my house to resolve the issues that I was having, HE was awesome! The issue was the out of date router that I had from them. Since then, my service has been great.

Description of Work: Technician came to work on a problem with the wires on the outside of the house. And than once he was done, asked for payment. After the operators said their would be no money or payment needed. Workers and staff are very rude and inconsiderate,and their prices are always jumping..

Description of Work: I had internet service through suddenlink. They offered good speeds at a good price. The only real issue I had was not getting the full speed I paid for. On avgerage I was getting anywhere from 10-20 Mbps less then what I paid for

Description of Work: We ( and a few more of my surrounding close neighbors) have had constant technical difficulties with reception picture tiling, cutting off of picture often etc. This has been a month of runarounds, a fried DVR box(their fault for agent boosting) and off and on ability to watch a service I pay out the nose for.I am fed up with Sudden link and am seriously looking into getting a satellite company.I live in a small town near Abilene and I have talked to many people in town who tell me they have the same problems too, due to converting from analog to fiber optics.But they had to replace the cable from pole to house? And a tech was supposed to be here with A bucket truck today( other one 2 wks ago was broken)between 8&5 to work on line...have no idea if they came or not, no doorknob tag or anything..I was home all day & didn't see anyone.I will continue on this phone until I get what I pay for.
