Strong Tower Electric

I have Jared Million over 100k for generators in Nov 2021. He waited 3 months from my initial payment to order them, which he did in Feb 2022. This caused further delays in receipt. Jared blocked my number and refused to answer my called because he believes he “must separate himself” from people. Even people who have signed contracts and have given him over 100k. After 6 months of waiting and being told they were coming,I was told by the distributor another option was available. Jared didn’t answer their calls either to see the best option for us. I then asked for a refund, which Jared took. He still has my number blocked. My husband was able to reach him and let him know we found another generator. Since he was paid 57k in labor, would he install it. He again insists on “separating himself” and refused.

They came and did an excellent job.

Jared and helper arrived on time, stayed all day to make sure everything was done right. Stayed to make sure electrical was reconnected by power company. Listened to us, and relieved any worries we might have.  Very reasonable price. We have much more electrical work to be done and will certainly be using Strong Tower again. Couldn't have asked for any one better and are so excited to have found them for current and future electrical needs.

He came on time. Did the work needed. The work done was difficult do to there being many cross beams that needed wiring had to be navigated through. The crew was quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very respectful.

All went well.  They completed everything within a couple of hours so my power was not our too long.  They were very professional and got along well with my three dogs.  I have had no problems with any of their work.

Jared responded promptly to my call and worked me into his schedule that day. He was very knowledgable and showed me how the fixture had not been properly wired in the first place but since it had worked before, he said it was more likely that the black boxes the wires attached to (the name of which I can't remember) had gone bad. First he correctly wired the fixture, but when it still didn't work, he replaced the black boxes and that did the trick. And he figured out why the range hood wasn't working (it hadn't been connected correctly either). He was personable, professional and I felt his charges were very reasonable.

Son-in-law was in town helping me install a back splash when we opened up an electrical box with a tangled mess of exposed wires. As it was a Friday, July 5th, the day after the July 4th holiday, I was afraid that we would be unable to find an electrician. I logged in to my Angie's List account, sorted by review grades and started dialing. Strong Tower's owner Jared answered my call. I explained my situation and the time constraints - had to have someone that day, as SIL was only in town for a short period of time, and we needed to have electrical box repaired in order to finish our project. He had a crew working that day on another job, but told me he could send someone soon and apprised me of cost for a service call that include up to an hours worth of work. Noel, one of his crew, came within an hour. He was very professional, quickly assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He completed the job in under an hour (I credit that to his knowledge and expertise), and my SIL and I agreed that it was money well spent. I appreciated Jared's willingness to work with my time constraints and Noel's professionalism. Obviously a company that places a priority on customer service.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like about them. They were very informative, polite, respectful, clean, and they even had accidentally fallen through the roof and they patched it up before I'd gotten home and they were honest about it. I haven't had any problems with the electrical so far so everything's good.

Our experience with this provider was excellent.  Jared was very thorough in assessing the house and creating a bid for the project (free estimate).  He began the work soon after, finished when he said he would, and did a great job within the budget.  Jared made a pledge (which he fullfilled) to be as non-invasive as possible (thus, we didn't have to deal with holes in walls), and he cleaned up afterwards.  In summary:  good work, on time, on budget, and a really pleasant person to deal with.
